- 3 Tablespoons onion powder

- 3 Tablespoons kosher salt
- 3 teaspoons allspice
- 1 ½ teaspoons nutmeg
- 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 Tablespoons chives (we used fresh)
