They’re spicy, sweet, citrusy… all the things you could ever ask for in a fish taco, so you better get cookin’, friend, you’re gonna love them.

Damn, tilapia, you tasty. Especially when you’re gently laid down on a bed of crispy, garlicky kale, and topped off with some citrusy tomatoes, creamy avocado, and crunchy red onion. Ohhh yeah. These spicy little thai chili garlic shrimp bites are great on their own as an appetizer, or you can put them on a bed of jasmine rice and top with some chopped fresh cilantro for a tasty main dish.
