From its four #304 stainless steel burners that push out an exception 48'000 BTU's to its infrared sear station that pushes out another 9'000 BTU's, you can cook just about anything you put your mind to.  With a total of 745 sq inches of grilling space, you have plenty of room for those tomahawk steaks with enough room left to get in your tato's and veggies.
