This 36" grill head comes equipped 3 Infrared Trident burners, making a whopping 69'000 BTU's. No need for ceramic briquettes here. The burners protect themselves, vaporizing any food that may drop its way on, while the heat is precisely distributed and controlled.  Throw in an extra 14'000 BTU's provided by the rotisserie burner, and you're set for any grilling adventure that comes to mind.
