Janice Smella is the head cook for SmellaQue, a 4-time Canadian BBQ Team of the Year award winner.

She has competed and placed in the largest and most prestigious barbecue contests in the world, including the San Antonio Rodeo Cookoff, American Royal, Jack Daniel’s Invitational, and Houston Livestock and Rodeo.

Janice has a curiosity for food science and is passionate about sharing the joy of cooking with fellow Canadians & hungry friends.
