Our Barbecues Galore price match policy is simple
We have the lowest prices available, period. We will match any Canadian advertised price on any identical product up to 14 days after your purchase so long as the store we're matching has the product in stock and that the model is identical. Want to learn more? Keep reading.
We do a lot of research to ensure our pricing stays competitive - but hey, we're not perfect. Show us a copy of the ad or website, and we'll make sure you leave with the barbecue you want, at the price you want. We want you to shop with us in full confidence of getting the lowest price available.
Does the price qualify for our Price Match? If it meets these simple conditions, we'll match it:
- Product must be and identical product in brand, model, year, color, size, and features
- Product you would like us to match must be brand new and not damaged or discounted for any reasons to do with it's condition
- Must be sold by a Canadian retailer and within Canada
- Price must be in Canadian Dollars
- The price must be ADVERTISED publicly or signed in the store (no verbal or special prices between you and the competitor's store will be matched)
- The item must be IN STOCK at our competitor's store at the lower price
- Price matching does not apply to special order items
- Barbecues Galore will verify the above prior to price matching and proof of price requested must be available
Please note, price matching cannot be combined with further discounts or other offers. We do NOT price match any online discount codes or online coupons offered by other retailers, unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to reject a price match request for any reason. We do NOT price match clearance sales or prices. We do not price match Costco, or reseller sites, such as Amazon.ca.Pricing Errors
We're always trying our best to avoid any errors in product listings, however, if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, Barbecues Galore has the right, at our sole discretion, to reject or cancel orders in place for that product. If this happens, the customer will always be contacted about the cancellation and notified by email.
