I wanted to write to communicate how pleased I was in dealing with Barbecues Galore/Woods Fireplaces. From the sales person who advised us on the choice of fireplace to the installer who made it all work the process was smooth and professional. Over time I have certainly dealt with many installs and services and have seen how things can go off the rails very quickly. In this situation it was good to see how a well organized company - that has an attention to customer service - goes a long way to smoothing out the bumps and moves the process to a satisfactory conclusion quickly.

I was talking on the phone with a repeat customer of yours. He arrived early to your store one day and was helped by Kent. Not only was Kent gracious, helpful and insightful he was there for the customer who initially came for some weber parts, but was thinking maybe it was time for a new grill. Kent showed Dave the customer a similar Weber and asked a strange question, what do you like about this grill? Then showed him a Napoleon and another grill and compared the models with the initial Weber. Dave was so impressed and is now considering one of our grills.
