Barbecues Galore only ships to Canadian addresses except for addresses in the Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut (it’s not that we don’t like those folks, it’s just, man, it’s pricey to get stuff sent up there).
We do not ship LARGE ITEM ORDERS to Vancouver Island (or any surrounding islands), New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island.
What if a product shows one of the below stickers?
Barbecues Galore has shipping zones controlled by the inventory of each province.
- Our Alberta warehouse ships products only to Western Canada (this includes British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba).
- Our Ontario warehouse ships products only to Eastern Canada (including Ontario, Newfoundland, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island).
If a product is sold out in Alberta, we are not able to ship product from Ontario to Western Canada and vice versa.
We do NOT ship products on a skid to PO BOX addresses. Items shipped on skids include all barbecues, fire tables, and other large items. If a PO BOX address has been entered into order for a skidded product, we will cancel the order or seek a shipping depot nearest to the customer, for customer to PICK UP from.
Note: We will only ship via Canada Post if you enter a PO Box, at which point you may be subject to delays. Otherwise we will use a different parcel courier.
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days for all in-stock products. If a product is out of stock, Barbecues Galore will send an email to notify you of estimated date of shipment. Please note, Barbecue Butler orders may take longer to be delivered depending on current booking status (during barbecue season, we may be booking 1-3 weeks ahead).
Orders will be shipped Monday to Friday between 9:00 am - 5:00pm. Shipments may take 1-10 days to arrive depending on date shipped and distance from supplying warehouse. What can we say – it’s a big country. Once the order has shipped, an email will be sent with the tracking number(s). After it's left our warehouse, it's in the hands of the courier.
Some shipments may be sent in multiple pieces due to size or weight of items and as a result may arrive at different times or via different carriers.
Orders with a “Ship To” address that differs from the “Bill To” address can expect a phone call to authenticate credit card/payment details. Credit card fraud is alive and well in Canada – we’re trying our best to avoid it.
Large items ordered online are shipped via common carrier and will be delivered to your curbside, in a box, unassembled. If you order a large, heavy item online, have a plan for how to handle it when the shipping elves show up in front of your house.
Please be aware of the possibilities of additional fees charged by the courier. This applies to all orders (free shipping or paid).
