We go in to barbecues galore at least once a month for different reasons. No matter who we speak to, they are knowledgeable. We had a problem with a BBQ we bought. They returned it to the manufacturer and then when they received it back, the manager at barbecues galore tested it himself in front of us to make sure, we were satisfied.

Very helpful staff member who answered our super basic questions with patience. We ended up buying a bbq cover, a few cooking tools and Korean BBQ sauce. The salesperson let us know of items on sale without being pushy. Great place for everything BBQ related.

What a great customer service experience! I for the life of me couldn't get my Weber 2200 bbq we use for camping to produce any kind of meaningful, productive heat. Turns out the regulator on the bbq was stepping the pressure down from the propane supply on the rig (camping trailer). The guys at BBQs Galore were on that immediately.
