You’ll see equipment and products from brands like Napoleon, Traeger, Broil King, Big Green Egg, Kamado Joe, Masterbuilt, Crown Verity, Weber, Gozney, Yoder Smokers, Recteq, and Alfa Pizza Ovens, along with the bold flavours of sauces, spices, and rubs — and even appearances from pitmasters representing Prairie Smoke & Spice (@prairiebbq), Kreiser Barbecue, Fury Hot Sauce (@furyhotsauce). Some events will also feature appearances from BBQ personalities and pitmasters, including Ted Reader (@tedgrills) and Toronto Chef Sauce Bauce (@saucexbauce) — and of course, you’ll get to taste the results.
