Weber gas grills are known for their durability and can last around 10–15 years or even longer with proper care. Regular cleaning, correct use, and basic maintenance all help extend the lifespan and keep the grill working reliably.

To clean a Weber gas grill, preheat it for a few minutes to loosen grease and food residue. Then brush the grates with a grill brush. It’s also a good idea to clean the drip tray and check the burners regularly.

Start by opening the lid and turning on the gas supply. Turn one burner knob to the ignition position and press the igniter. Once the first burner is lit, you can turn on the other burners as needed.

Most Weber gas grills need about 10–15 minutes to preheat. This helps the grates reach the right temperature and ensures more even cooking. Preheating also burns off any leftover residue from previous use.
