Heck, yes! We are known around the world for our Price Promise (well, around our loyal customer base, anyway).

Do you only sell barbecues?
No. We are called Barbecues Galore, but we also have:

What brands DON’T we carry? Well, some. But it would be impossible to list all of our brands. Some of our top barbecue brands are:

Do you offer shipping? Even for large items, like barbecues??
Yes. We ship to Canadian addresses except for Northwest Territories, Yukon & Nunavut (sorry, I’m sure match-speed drones will be invented soon). Here’s the whole shipping policy.
I might need a hand setting up my barbecue. Do you offer installation services?
Sure. We’ll assemble your barbecue and test that it’s working fine. Read more information on installation here.

What if my fireplace stops working? Do you offer service and repair?
We do offer repair services in the Calgary and Toronto areas. We have a strapping group of licensed gas fitters that can help you out. Just call your nearest store or contact us through our website.
If you are able to provide us with this relevant information (Make, Model, Serial Number and an approximate age of the unit that is being serviced) then we can speed up the process and get you rolling quick and easy.
***The Make, Model and Serial Number can usually be found under the bottom or side door of the fireplace on either a sticker or metal plate.***
How do I know what type of barbecue, fireplace or patio furniture to buy?
Making a large purchase for your home is a big decision and there are many factors to consider. For example, just a few of the questions to ask yourself when buying a barbecue are:
- Do I use natural gas, propane, or charcoal?
- What size do I want?
- What material do I want?
- How many BTU's (heat) do I want?
- Grates - cast iron, stainless steel, or porcelainized steel?
- How many burners do I want?
- Do I want a warming rack?
- Do I want a side burner?
- What about a rotisserie burner?
With all these questions you should not be ashamed to admit you need help. That’s where we, at Barbecues Galore, go above and beyond. Our employees know more about this stuff than anyone at the big box stores.
