INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tablespoons Chef J’s Bayou Dust Seasoning
- 6 Hatch Chiles halved and cored
- 1 pound bacon
- 2 blocks cream cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped brisket
- 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat smoker to 350F.
- Halve and core hatch Chile peppers.
- Combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, chopped brisket, and seasoning.
- Fill each half of Chile pepper with the cream cheese filling then wrap each popper in one slice of bacon.
