  • COOKING TECHNOLOGY: Amplifire™ cooking system grills juicier food, eliminates guesswork and prevents flare-ups. Emitter plate transfers heat from the flame to the grate, not into the air. It vaporizes drippings and sends the flavor back into your food.
  • COOKING AREA: Grill up to 18 burgers on 330-square-inches of total cooking space. Cook meats and larger items on the main grates and delicate foods on the warming plate.
  • DIGITAL TEMP CONTROL: The digital temperature control regulates heat to maintain the temperature you set. From a low-and-slow 200°F to a searing hot 700°F, the Edge has a wide temperature range to grill the way you want to.
  • AUTO CLEAN: AutoClean mode takes care of any leftover food particles with the push of a button and automatically powers your grill down when the cycle is complete.
  • CONTROL PANEL: The bright LED display with extra-large digits makes it easy to see the cooking temperature. A color-coded ring of light around the control knob indicates the grill’s status.
  • CONTROL KNOB: The control knob adjusts cooking temperatures. Turn clockwise to increase the heat and counterclockwise to decrease.
