Modeled after the CHEF704 but with natural fiber bristles instead of stainless steel, this brush allows you to have complete ease of mind in regards to any wire breakage. Granted, this doesn't mean the bristles won't break, but broken palmyra stalks burning up certainly beats broken stainless steel wires in your food.
