True North Wood Chips - We've been doing business with the company that makes these chips for over 20 years. How can you tell this company is Canadian? Well, its chips are about the size of a loonie. The True North name is a dead give-away. And if you read the bag, it says Product of Canada.

Hickory Flavour Profile:

We like to say that hickory is kind of like drinking and driving. A little drink is probably okay. But a big one can cause you all kinds of problems. So use hickory sparingly. It's loaded with flavour and it's real good with beef and lamb. Some grillers also like a little hickory smoke on their poultry, pork, cheese and wild game. Just remember what you mother always said: everything in moderation.
