Creamy Horseradish Sauce Ingredients:
- ½ Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsps. Prepared Horseradish
- 2 Tbsps. Mayo
- 2 Tsps. Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ Tbsp. Krieser Barbecue SPG+
- ½ Tbsp. Kreiser Barbecue's The Smokin Bee Honey Chipolte Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. Health Riles Garlic Jalapeno Rub
- 1 Tbsp. Chives
Creamy Horseradish Directions:
STEP 1: In a small food processor, mix all of the ingredients together. Refrigerate for 6 hrs prior to serving.
Prime Rib Au Jus Ingredients:
- ¼ Cup Butter
- ¼ Cup White Onion (finely chopped)
- 4 Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 Sprig of Thyme
- 1 Sprig of Rosemary
- ½ Tbsp Prairie Smoke and Spice Bovine Brine
- 2 tsps. Krieser Barbecue SPG+
- 2 Cups Beef Broth
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch (dissolved in 2 Tbsp Water)
Prime Rib Au Jus Directions:
STEP 1: In a saucepan set over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
STEP 2: Add onion and garlic and stir for 3 min.
STEP 3: Add Prairie Smoke and Spice Bovine Brine into your 2 Cups Beef Broth and whisk well so there are no lumps. Then, pour into your pot.
STEP 4: Add thyme, rosemary, Krieser Barbecue SPG+, and whisk well to combine the ingredients.
STEP 5: Bring to a boil and continue to boil until liquid is reduced by half of its original volume. Stir occasionally so it doesn't burn.
STEP 6: Reduce heat to low and add a little bit of the dissolved cornstarch at a time while stirring constantly. Use as much as you need to reach your desired thickness.
STEP 7: Strain the Au Jus into another bowl for a for a smooth sauce.
