Father's Day Peanut Beef Satay Skewers Recipe

Serves: 4  | Prep. Time: 30 minutes 

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Inside Round Beef (thinly cut)
  • 1/4 cup Westside Peanut Thai Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Heath Riles Competition BBQ Rub

Directions:

STEP 1: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, approximately 375°F.

STEP 2: Slice the beef against the grain and place the pieces into a plastic bag.

STEP 3: In a bowl, mix the Westside Peanut Thai Sauce, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar. Pour this mixture into the bag with the beef.

STEP 4: Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, but no more than 10 hours to allow the flavours to meld.

STEP 5: When ready to cook, thread the marinated beef slices onto skewers.

STEP 6: Lightly season each side of the beef skewers with Heath Riles Competition BBQ Rub.

STEP 7: Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the beef reaches your desired level of doneness.
