INGREDIENTS:
- 2 (4 Bone) Beef Short Rib Racks
- As Needed Traeger Prime Rib Rub
- 1 Cup Beef Broth
DIRECTIONS:
- Clean and trim beef short ribs. Season generously with Traeger Prime Rib Rub.

- Place ribs directly on the grill grate and cook for 5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 160℉.

- Cut into individual ribs and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
