The weber bbq was well assembled. The staff were very helpful and gave me instructions as to how I can care for the grill and how to start it. Excellent service!!!

I got the Regal 400 only because it came with so many bells and whistles. Also, there's a physical knob to control the temperature; I hate touchscreens. Anyway, did the burn-out yesterday, then cooked 2 meals on it. It was effortless and lots of fun. I connected it to the app and was disappointed that the real-time temperature wasn't updating. Not sure if that's a bug. There is a firmware update for the grill, so will see if that helps. But all in all, a solid grill. Can't wait to try ribs on this thing.

The staff was awesome when we picked our new BBQ. There were a couple of pieces that they took the time to show us where we needed to put them once we got home. Great experience. Would recommend buying a BBQ here.

Nothing missed & works perfectly.
Experience was a bit painful. Find the staff very short and not very knowledgeable. I waited on the phone for 20 mins while they found out how to charge me for delivery over the phone. They wanted me to come into the store to pay for delivery. Then I was told the delivery would be no later than 4 pm yet when they called to tell me the time they said it would be closer to 6.
The lights on the dials have not worked since day 1. I’m waiting for my Google review to give you the chance to fix them. Please get back
Your delivery team assured me that new parts would be ordered for my BBQ which arrived scratched and dented. I have not heard a word from you & months later I receive an email that my order was delivered and seeking a review.
