Bacon Wrapped Corn Recipe

If you’re looking for a tasty side dish, try making some Bacon Wrapped Corn. Why? Because it’s a scientific fact that everything tastes 138% better when it’s wrapped in bacon (even SPAM!).

Bacon Wrapped Corn


First, soak your corn in water for about 30 minutes; while it’s soaking, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Pull back the cornhusks without removing them, and then wrap the corn in a single layer of bacon (you’ll want 3-4 slices of bacon per ear of corn). If you’re a spice lover, throw a couple sliced fresh jalapenos in for good measure. Fold the husks back over the bacon-wrapped corn and then secure with cooking twine. Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until bacon is cooked through.
