Ingredients:
- 4 oz. Stick of Butter (softened, at room temperature)
- 2 tsp. Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. Lemon Zest
- 1 Tbsp. Horseradish
- ½ tsp. Kosmos Q SPG
- ½ tsp. Heath Riles Honey Chipotle Rub
Directions:
STEP 1: Start by combining all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Mix it well to so that everything is incorporated evenly.
STEP 2: Wrap the butter in the middle of a sheet of plastic wrap so that it looks like a tube or cylinder. Make sure to leave a little room on both ends of the plastic wrap so you can twist them up and keep the butter compact.
We know it ain't pretty at this stage, but trust us - it tastes incredible on your steak.
STEP 3: Place your new butter in the fridge to let it firm up and cool down. Or let it sit until it gets back to room temperature and use it on some steak ASAP.
