We've been in the barbecue and patio furniture business awhile, and with that we've learned a thing or two about the delivery process and all the things that come with that. A few years back, we introduced our Barbecue Butler program, consisting of four separate elements.
- Assembly
- Delivery
- Natural Gas Hook-Up
- Recycle Of Old Unit
We're extremely proud of our Barbecue Butler program, and we feel we're the best in the business when it comes to these services. Now, we always get the question:
What's the difference between your Barbecue Butler service and typical assembly and delivery from a big box store?
We're happy to run through some of the differences to show you what you get when you shop with the pro's.
Assembly
We've all seen the large amounts of barbecues chained up in a row, or a crew that comes in on a weekend and builds a large number of units to sell as assembled.
Not the case with our BBQ Butler assembly. Your barbecue stays in it's box until the day before your delivery or pick-up, at which point one of our experienced builders assembles your hand picked barbecue. Once completed, your barbecue is test-fired, leak tested and inspected by the builder to ensure it's running properly and safely. After completion, your unit is covered to protect it from dust and debris in the warehouse until it's time for delivery. Same goes for any patio furniture, we assemble the day before, inspect for any defects, and keep it safe and sound for delivery.
Delivery
When you order a barbecue or patio furniture from big box stores, 99 times out of 100 you get a time-frame of 8AM-5PM, and it's a curbside drop-off, meaning they'll unload your purchase and leave it on the edge of the driveway for you to handle the rest - talk about personal service, right?
As for our Butler delivery, We'll give you a call the morning of your delivery and provide you with a 2-3 hour time frame as to when you're delivery will occur, giving you a little freedom to go run those errands. As for when we show up, our team of butlers will unload the barbecue or patio furniture and place it exactly where you'd like in your outdoor living space, test fire your barbecue, and run through some operation tips and tricks to help you get started.
Natural Gas Delivery Hook-Up
If you're getting a natural gas barbecue or fire table delivered, not to worry, each of our delivery trucks has a certified gasfitter on hand so we can get you hooked up in a jiffy.
Note: Our delivery hook-up service is for up to code gas-lines that feature an external shut-off. If your gas-line needs a bit more work, don't fret, we can still get you up and running, it's just one of our more advanced gas services!
Now tell me, what big box store is doing that for you?
Recycle Of Old Barbecue
With most big box store deliveries you get your barbecue dropped off and you ask "what do I do with the old one?" and you'll commonly receive "That's a great question, but it doesn't come with us!" Not the case with your Barbecues Galore delivery butlers. We'll gladly take away your old unit back with us, where it's then stripped down and sent to the appropriate facilities.
Now, if that doesn't sell you, we don't know what will! If you're interested in purchasing a barbecue or patio furniture with our Barbecue Butler services, you can order online or in-store. We have 5 locations across Canada: 3 in the GTA: Burlington, Oakville & Etobicoke, Ontario. 2 Located in Alberta with our Calgary North and Calgary South locations. Our Barbecue Butler delivery radius is a 20km radius around our stores.
