Yes. Our licensed gas technicians offer gas line installation, extensions, relocation and outdoor gas appliance connections. This can help when your patio heater needs a new connection or your existing line is too far from the intended location. Contact your local store to confirm service availability and arrange an assessment of the work required.

Yes. Our collection includes mountable heaters such as the Aura Carbon Black, which comes with wall and ceiling mounting brackets. A mounted heater can keep the floor around your seating area clear. Before choosing one, check the approved mounting position, height, clearances and power requirements for the exact model.

No. Electrical requirements vary by model. For example, the Bromic Tungsten Smart-Heat 3000W, 4000W and 6000W heaters in this collection are listed as 240V models. Check the required voltage, circuit capacity and connection method before ordering, and have a qualified electrician assess any installation work needed.
