In by popular demand, we've got butcher paper for all you smokers out there. Oren's original Smokin' Pink butcher paper is un-waxed, unbleached, uncoated and 100% Food Grade FDA approved.

Unlike foil, butcher paper lets the meat breathe a little, which lets a little heat and moisture out, so you can avoid the common over-steaming issue presented with foil. Butcher paper can be used before, during, and after the cook, depending on what you're cooking.
