After years and years of our customers asking if we carry butcher paper, we finally smartened up and ordered some in, so we can help you out with the BBQ and the cook. Oren's original Smokin' Pink butcher paper is un-waxed, unbleached, uncoated and 100% Food Grade FDA approved.

Unlike foil, butcher paper lets the meat breathe a little, which lets a little heat and moisture out, so you can avoid the common over-steaming issue presented with foil. Can be used before, during, and after the cook, this butcher paper comes in a 24" x 150' roll.
