It's not everyday you are served a steak with some fancy sear marks. With a cast-iron brander, you can personalize your steaks even further. You can designate steaks based on their readiness (rare, medium, etc.) or based on which steak belongs to who.
To get the best mark on your meat, just mist some oil onto each piece. Then, firmly press a heated brander into the meat to make its mark. You can get any letter of the alphabet! So how many would you like?
