Dear Fan,
Every once in awhile a product comes along that changes everything: the wheel, the printing press, the Pez Dispenser and so on. When those game-changing products come along, there necessarily has to be that one retailer that is the first to sell the product. Some shop that through luck, hard work or, maybe a bit of both, gets to be the first to put the revolutionary, new product on the shelf and offer it to his/her customer (“Well yes, Mrs. Zog, as a matter of fact, we do handle the “wheel” now. They just rolled in – if you’ll pardon the pun. Can our stock-boy carry a few of them to your cave for you and Mr. Zog?”).
A few years ago, we were blessed by the gods of retail with our very own “first” moment when we stumbled upon what we believe to be internationally known as “The Clapper”.
