For the past 3 weeks we have had our favourite guy, Brian from Napoleon, cooking up all the best barbecue foods at our Calgary North, Calgary South and Etobicoke locations.
Last weekend, we were extremely lucky to have Kris from Rocky Mountain Smokers - a professional barbecue competition team from Calgary, Alberta - come in and teach our staff all about The Art Of Smoking and his experience using a Big Green Egg .
The fun, learning moments didn't stop with the weekend. We went straight into our 2nd year of hosting the Weber Grill Academy in own backyard.
A great way to spend a weekday evening, tasty too.
And to top off an eventful couple of weeks, our very own Kent cooked us up some chicken wings for lunch on Friday.
Ken used the Big Green Egg, the Broil King Pellet 500Pro and Kosmos Q's Garlic Parmesan seasoning, mmmmm.
