I'm very happy with my new Thermapen One. I had a previous model for many years and loved its speed and accuracy for measuring the temperature of what I was cooking. I'm not disappointed that I needed a new one because the Thermapen One has some new great features which were not available in earlier models. The Thermapen One ensures that your food is safe to eat.
