Designed for smoking in all weathers, the Yoder Smoker YS480 is a beast not to be taken lightly. But even for this beast, there is a limit to how cold the outside is before it starts losing some heat. For this reason, Yoder Smokers has made a thermal jacket. So that extreme smokers like us who don't like the weather dictating our smokes can still head out there and not have our cooks affected by the freezing temperatures.
