True North Wood Chips - We've been doing business with the company that makes these chips for over 20 years. How can you tell this company is Canadian? Well, its chips are about the size of a loonie. The True North name is a dead give-away. And if you read the bag, it says Product of Canada.

Cherry Flavour Profile We love cherry wood smoke because it goes with just about everything. It's sweet. It's mild flavoured. And not surprisingly, cherry wood chips are a bit fruity. We like to remind our customers that wood chips add another layer of flavour to whatever they're cooking. And it really is as easy as tossing some wood chips onto your grill or into a smoker box and letting time do its thing. And we're not blowing smoke up your back when we say that we've got all the supplies (and free advice) you need.
