Cherry Flavour Profile We love cherry wood smoke because it goes with just about everything. It's sweet. It's mild flavoured. And not surprisingly, cherry wood chips are a bit fruity. We like to remind our customers that wood chips add another layer of flavour to whatever they're cooking. And it really is as easy as tossing some wood chips onto your grill or into a smoker box and letting time do its thing.
